Cut up top off of cob loaf and hollow the cob out, leaving a shell and tear up rest of bread into larger than bite size piecesIMG_44165. Melt cream cheese in a pot and add in grated cheese. Once melted, add in sour creamIMG_4418IMG_44196. Once all cheeses and creams and mixed, add in the onion and bacon mix and stirIMG_44247. Pour mixture into hollowed out cob loaf and place in oven for 10 minutesIMG_44288. after the ten minutes, add left over pieces of bread to oven tray and bake for 5 minutes or until brownIMG_44319. Serve and eat! When all of the bite size pieces are gone, it's time to eat the rest of the cob!IMG_4437IMG_4438Enjoyoxo Crystal
