- 1 White Bread Cob Loaf (I love the Baker's Delight white bread, feel free to use any type of bread)
- 400 grams sour cream
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 medium sized onion
- 150 grams bacon pieces
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Method1. Preheat Oven to 180 Degrees Celcius2. Dice up onion and cook with bacon pieces until brown in frying pan with minced garlic3. Add in chopped up Spring onion4. Cut up top off of cob loaf and hollow the cob out, leaving a shell and tear up rest of bread into larger than bite size pieces5. Melt cream cheese in a pot and add in grated cheese. Once melted, add in sour cream6. Once all cheeses and creams and mixed, add in the onion and bacon mix and stir7. Pour mixture into hollowed out cob loaf and place in oven for 10 minutes8. after the ten minutes, add left over pieces of bread to oven tray and bake for 5 minutes or until brown9. Serve and eat! When all of the bite size pieces are gone, it's time to eat the rest of the cob!Enjoyoxo Crystal
